I have a ticket open right now also. Yesterday i received an in game email from "Blizzard" with what looked like an invitation to beta test at <removed>. I went to the website and foolishly entered my login info to log in. It did allow me to log in but when i went to DL the program it errored. I go to log in today and my password is changed and account hacked. After getting my PW changed and logging in all of my stuff except my pvp gear is gone. Can someone please assign me to the character restoration department? Thanks!

There is an open investigation on this, Sin. At the moment, it's 14 hours old.

I'd recommend you do full system scans and make certain of your email security just to be on the safe side.

Currently, restoration investigations are averaging about 4 - 5 days.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
