ReaID not working cross game?

I currently have a US wow account, but because of my location (in Australia) my copy of SC2 is SEA (South East Asia and oceanic).

When I'm in SC2 I cannot see any of my RealID friends (nothing on my list), and none of my friends in wow cannot see me on RealID.

Is this a cross region game issue? Is there a solution to this?
