Questions about Character Transfer

I have two questions about character transfers:

1) Does the 30 day restriction before transferring/receiving a transfer apply to new accounts or only merged accounts?

2) If I transfer from one of my battle.net accounts to a second battle.net account with multiple World of Warcraft Accounts attached (My second account and an accidental trial), which account will the character be sent too (how do I choose which account)?

The 30 days is between different Battle.net accounts, not different WoW accounts that would be on the same Battle.net account (and one Battle.net can hold up to 8 WoW accounts).

When you do a transfer, there is a range of options presented, you'd choose at that time.
