Ok, so it's been about 5 days i believe since i put in an in-game ticket+email about needing a character etc. restoration from being hacked. I decided to just read up a bit and now im just wondering how long the game content logs are kept? Will they be able to do a restoration if over a week or 2 (however long it takes) ends up passing? I had seen a comment somewhere about restorations depending on how much time has passed...so now im curious.

While restorations can never be guaranteed, promptly reported compromises typically have good outcomes.
