You can not log in because the character upd

i can not log in to my character because this comes up, i was going to race change him to a blood elf but didnt and i did a name change a few months ago and one day im playing fine then the next morning this comes up.

Character name- Prolith

Server- Spinebreak

Race/class- undead mage

please help or get back to me

If you go into Account Management, do you see any options to cancel the race change?

This is coming up with an error, but I'm not able to see why from here. You may wish to contact Billing on this one - see if they can assist. I'd check first to see if there is a cancel option on that transaction.
