Wait time for issue resolution

The wait time for ticket resolution is completely unacceptable. I opened a ticket ALMOST 2 WEEKS ago regarding a loot scam. I waited 2 or 3 days before the generic "we will investigate" cut and paste response.

Still there has been no response. What really is going on that it takes so long? It is all very clear in the raid chat that I won the roll. Is this the type of 'service' that we can expect into Cata??

Champ, we did answer your first petition and told you we'd look into this. I do see you have another petition open, that one is about 3 days old.

The misunderstanding here is that even after an investigation - loot may very well not be re-distributed.

These are all on a case-by-case basis. That doesn't mean action wasn't or may not be taken, and we do thank you for the report, but even if everything is verified.....that does not necessarily mean you yourself will end up with the item. That's all determined during the investigation.

You are more than welcome to leave your current petition open, but the answer is very likely going to be the same as the first.

I do apologize if there was any misunderstanding in that process.

You still aren't understanding that the resolution may not be giving you the item.

We'd look into and action any scams, but the outcome may not be that you receive the item in question.
