Character Restoration -> Account Sharing??

I recently recovered my account after it had been compromised and have been trying to get my character restored

I just now got 3 emails from wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com and i have no clue what's going on!

Account Administration would be the proper department to contact via email at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com if you'd like to contest the findings made by our Specialist staff.

Billing nor Game Masters can assist further at this point, this would need to be reviewed at the Account Administration level.
