Ticket Escalation

So apparently my ticket has been escalated so that a Specialist GM Team may investigate whats going on with my account and I'm sort of confused. What conditions were met that my account had to be escalated to another group of GMs? What happened to my account these last few days? Why me? :(

23 hours ago this was reported as compromised. Escalation to the specialist queue is a normal part of that process. At the moment, restoration investigations are averaging about 4 - 5 days. Your Specialist will contact you via email with the results when this is complete.
