Does the ticket queue box no longer appear?

I just attempted to submit an in game ticket on one of my other characters. It's not an emergency or anything and I don't personally need to talk to a GM so I used the "Report a problem" button. Whenever I've done this before a box pops up beside the mini-map with my ticket info, but that didn't happen this time. I'm wondering if it messed up and I should submit my ticket again or if this has been changed.
