i talked to a woman on the phone about getting my accounts ubanned............ the only thing they did was ban another one for associating with it............ how stupid is that? some wonderful investigating account admins have been doing... they ALL need to be relieved of their jobs... i wasted almost 2 years on my troll mage and all of a sudden one day while i'm doing a dungeon for my friends i get disconnected... boom ban hammer........ PLEASE HELP ME


why don't you go ahead and ban this account and every other one i have? and everyone else on this forum and say they're botting? you wonder why people buy gold and bots and accounts... this stupid stuff is why.... because you ban them and expect them waste 2 more years of their time and money


i've done called the BBB about you guys terrible support... going to make another one tomorrow about you guys stealing my 2 years worth of money


go ahead and ban every thing.. you think you can make my life any worse go ahead and try

I understand that you may be frustrated, Leeleeleelee, but I am not going to be able to offer any information if you don’t give me any information to go off of. I assure you that we don’t suspend accounts lightly, and if your first account was suspended we must have had substantial evidence to give us reason for the suspension. While I am not going to be able to remove the suspension from your account(s), if you provide me the name and realm of a character on each of the accounts I would be happy to see if there is any information I am able to provide you with. Regardless you are going to need to contact Account Administration to inquire about reversing the actions taken on your accounts.
