Restart in 15:00?

So I logged into the game this morning to see [Server] restart in 15:00 come up in my chat pane, but no breaking news or information in the service status forum.

What exactly is this restart for? And if it's not just a restart, how long will the downtime be?

Our technicians are briefly restarting a number of realms to make a necessary adjustment. While I do not have many details in regards to what is being changed, the planned downtime is very minimal. We hope to get you back into the game very soon.
