Account Recovery form time frame?

Hello, I have a friend who sent in his ID a couple days ago with the Account Recovery form and he is wondering how long it typically takes for them to recover an account in this manner.It was faxed in. His character name is Gravitymws on Kel'thuzad (US), if there's any way to check on the progress of his account recovery he would very much appreciate it. He's a great player and deserves a quick recovery! Thanks!
