2v2 arena problem - Blue Tracker

Me and my 2v2 partner where just doing our 10 games for the week and 2 of the games that we won froze on the score screen. We found ourselfs unable to leave the arena and we recieved no credit for the 2 games that we won, we had to exit the game and wait for our characters to dc to get out of the match.

I am bumping this thread because it has happened to me as well. Spoke to a GM about it he said he would forward it to the development team. Hopefully something gets done.

Basically, Belateddk, that means that we are not currently aware of any persistent issues that would cause this (i.e. and issue with the instances for arena matches) so the Game Master forwarded the information so our Quality Assurance team can look into it.

If we have any other information though we will certain pass it along.

Thank you Cybeloras and Belateddk.

It looks like I was mistaken earlier and there were some reported issues with Battleground and Arena matches on your Battlegroup. The latest report that I see indicates that the issue should be resolved.

Please let me know though and I'll try and get more information.

It's unlikely, Belateddk, I'm sorry. We are usually unable to change team and personal ratings including the win/lose ratio.
