So called rolling restarts

As most you seen we all got message this morning about rolling restarts to take place at 5 am PDT...well its 1 hr and 10 mins past this so called restart time. And blizz you wonder why players get upset about downtime you say one thing then do another....how can anyone plan things out this morning to do if we are not sure when these restarts will take effect even though you post a time they would and still it hasn't happened now.

Not all realms are done at once, Mauserd.

That's when they started, it's likely to take an hour or so to cycle through them all.

Restarts themselves typically don't take terribly long to complete, just a few minutes and your realm should return once it's commenced.
