Posted a ticket up about 5-6 days ago, give or take a day. Two of which have said your ticket will be serviced soon. Any possibilities other than we are super busy etc, as to what the delay could be?

What character/realm would you have been petitioning under, Évangelos? I see nothing at all recent or open on the account you are posting under here.
