Im needing help on a faction change. anyone?

Im trying to change faction right now, but i cant because it sais i have mail or en route mail. so i went and deleted everymail i have and on all my other characters, but it still sais i have the same problem.
i am level 80, so i doubt it is a quest mail because its been 8 hours tottal iv been checking if i gotten any more mail from a quest or somthing but i dont. can anyone help?
