HI,

Today after over a month of playing my account again i got a Blizzard email saying that my account was locked due to a charge back on a card. But i have not used a credit card on my account since Late January when i transfered 3 of my toons to Undermine.

The last i paid on my account was when i found it was compromised in May or June dont really remember exact date. But i used a Game card. And now I am locked out due to what i am guess is the Hacker that was trying to steal my accounts credit card from back in May? Why am i being punished for what someone else did.

I'd recommend calling Billing back quickly if you get the message that our queue is full.

Most players report good results with that.

They are the only department that is going to be able to assist or advise you on this.
