Character restoration after being hacked

So i was hacked 3 days ago and this guy was moved to Jubei'Thos items gold striped
reported it told ingame it was under investigation and that i would be moved back get my items/gold back

then i get this email subject "Paid Character Transfer Failure" telling me my druid is now locked and it is

can anyone pls tell me [inappropriate acronym removed] is going on ive had no reply on the emails ive sent just the one convo at the start of this with a GM ingame

From what I can see, Compile, you reported your compromise via an in-game petition a little over 1 day 14 hours ago.

Queue times are currently around 2-3 days for compromise investigations so you should be contacted within the next day or so with the results. During the compromise investigation they should also be looking into any reported unauthorized transfers or faction changes that took place during the compromise. If they can verify that the transfer or faction change took place during the compromise they should be able to reverse it.
