Items have not been restored... But email...

My account was hacked about a week ago, and i was told that it was being investigated. I left for a week, hoping to come back and find my items restored... INstead, i come home to find my items still not restored and these two emails in my inbox...

This second email is the response i got from the email i sent to blizz before i left for Vacation.

I am looking through my characters right now, and NONE of them have had anything restored....

All of the gear and gold from atleast 5 of my characters was take/sold/deleted, and blizzard tries to tell me that they werent... What is going on?

The links are all official blizzard website links, i know this is not someone trying to scam me.

It sounds like the original investigation was unable to figure out exactly what happened during the compromise. They'll take another look, digging a bit deeper, and see what can be found.

I am sorry for the delay, Zarjak, you should hopefully be contacted soon with the results.
