If you recently upgraded the account and applied those expansions within the last 30 days our Billing and Account Services department may be able to help you.

Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.
Otherwise, I'm afraid we will not be able to downgrade the account. If you do not wish to level beyond 60 you may opt to turn your experience gain off by speaking to Behsten for the Alliance or Slahtz, for the Horde. The cost of switching experience gain off or on is 10 gold.
Please note that by doing this you will only be eligible to participate in battleground matches with other characters that have also have their experience gain turned off.
