Escalated Ticket = still no response.

I have been waiting patiently to get my issue resolved for over a week. they said it would take 5-7 days. i submitted another ticket, it was escalated yesterday and still sits there with no response. You would think they would be able to at least talk to me about wth is going on....???

I apologize for any confusion that may have been caused, Kitcat. Looking into your case it seems that you are reporting a compromise that allegedly took place sometime in the last 9 months.

It looks like the Game Master who spoke with you originally did not take that into consideration in their response.

In all cases where an account has been compromised we will work to verify what happened, if we are able to verify the compromise as well as the items, gold, honor, emblems, etc... that have been lost we will work to refund, restore and return those items.

Even though our logs are fairly extensive and we can tell a great deal of what happens on an account much of the information can not be saved for very long. It appears that your compromise took place beyond a timeframe in which we would be able to verify what happened.

I am very sorry that we are not able to do more, Kitcat. If you can recall any quest rewards that were lost during this time you may want to submit a petition or write to wowgm@blizzard.com requesting them. Though I can not guarantee it, we may be able to provide those.
