Still haven't received Grunty

hey Blizzard, it's been a long time now that i should have received grunty the murloc marine and im wondering what to do!! i have contacted blizzard directly over the phone a few time they say i need to get in contact with RayV via email who i ordered internet live streaming with an email address i got off the forums with people having the same issue. Which i did so about a dozen times and had absolutely no reply from them..What i need to no is there anyway of acctually getting this pet at all now and who do i contact to do it because blizzard say RayV and well they say nothing so yeh PLZ help.

it was enjoyable to watch blizzcon but i still did pay the 50 dollers for the service and never received the pet i was supposed to and i kinda expect it..thankyou

You might try contacting Billing again - if you have records of who you spoke with at RayV, they may be able to track something down - but this really was theirs to distribute.

Have you actually tried calling them?

Have you ever looked into a program such as Skype?

Many of our international players speak very highly of it. Should save on toll fees.
