While I am not going to be able to provide you with the exact e-mail address, Faiyabawlz, I can tell you that Yahoo is the provider. If you are not receiving the password reset e-mail I would suggest that you check your spam filters. It is very important you ensure your spam filter is properly configured to allow e-mails from @blizzard.com so that when you contact us, we can contact you back. The steps below will help guide you through the process of adding @blizzard.com to a Yahoo mail filter. This will help ensure that all e-mails sent by Blizzard Entertainment can be received.

    1. Log in to your Yahoo e-mail account. 2. Click on the Options link in the upper right.
    3. Click on the Filters link under Management.
    4. Click the Add button.
    5. Select the drop down to the right of the From header label.
    6. Choose "ends with".
    7. In the blank field to the right enter @blizzard.com
    8. Select the drop down in the Move the message to: section near the bottom.
    9. Choose Inbox.
    10. Click on the Add Filter button in the lower left.

That's it! You are now set up to receive all official Blizzard e-mails!

Password reset requests should be fairly quick, mate. Have you tried adding Blizzard to your e-mail provider’s white list, so that you can receive e-mails we send out? If not, I would suggest that you do that, and request the password reset once more.
