I paid for the second month on this account yesterday, and on the reward page on account management, I've still yet to receive the rocket mount reward. I recall the free month being instantaneously attributed to the main account after paying for the first month on this account. What's going on? ):

While you have paid for your second month of game play, Qtpiemage, you have not yet paid for a second month of game time. You will not be able to retrieve the mount until a subscription for the 2 months, after the first free month, has been applied to the account and processed. Credit cards, Paypal and Payment One payment methods are not billed until the current game time on the account has expired. This means that the initial free month that is included with a standard account must expire before the veteran account qualifies for the mount.

The breakdown is as follows:

The 10 day free trial from the RaF program concluded 5-24-2010 at 11:21:00 GMT. The account was then upgraded and you received the first thirty days free. This one month free trial ended on 6-24-2010 at 11:21:00GMT. After that you applied a one month recurring subscription, which was set to expire 07-28-2010 02:26:00GMT. It seems that your next payment is currently pending, though. Once that has successfully been processed, the mount should be redeemable. :0)
