My account did not upgrade to BC

When i tried to upgrade through the online upgrade it charged the card twice and my account didn't procces the upgrade so my account is stuck at classic level until i can figure out what went wrong wiht the upgrade.
I would apreciate any and all help on this matter i am hoping for a blue post.

I see that you have a few accounts, Donurus, can you give me the name and realm of a character on the account that you were trying to upgrade, please? You very well may need to contact Billing & Account Services, but I would be happy to look into the situation and see if I can provide you with any further information.
