Paid character transfer refund

Hello, I recently did a paid character transfer, I called Blizzard and I got my refund. My character still says it's on Nordrassil, even though it's on Winterhoof here.

Can you try creating a level one character on both realms to see if this updates your character select screen, Hydroflame?
