Question For The Blue's Over Billing Help

Ok i got my telephone bill in because i use bill to your home phone it is easier on me i dont forget to renew that way i was shocked when it told me i had been billed not once but nine times for world of warcraft with charge's totaling 138.96$ now i have never had problems with this i have done emailed accounting or whatever it is but i figured leaving a question on the forums would not hurt im going nuts this is annoying can someone please explain help? or fix this lol

Alas, I have no access to those sorts of records - but Billing should be able to assist.
