Mini Thor Code - Blue Tracker

My husband recently bought the StarCraft 2 Collector's Edition. We were wondering if the Thor pet came attached to the CE key he received in the box, because there was no individual code for Thor.

He's also concerned because his WoW account was inactive at the time he put the SC2 code in. Will he still receive the mini Thor pet upon reactivating his WoW account?

Also, if an account is reactivated with a license of this nature the pet SHOULD be generated when a character enters the world the first time.

Can you provide me with the name and realm of a few characters you are unable to claim the Mini Thor on, Applejuicer?
