Just wondered what kind of response time emails (requests) are being answered. I know ticket times in-game can depend, could be days, or could be minutes depending on the nature. However, I was wondering what those kind of times translated if an email was sent. The matter is not an urgent one, so that's not an issue. I sent in an email last night making a request, and just wondered what the turnaround time would be.
On a separate issue, when I click the "Select Character" URL, I am seeing a duplicate on one of my toons. The character I am seeing a duplicate of is Cenerius. Not sure why that is?
