My friend just texted me and told me his account got banned? And he doesnt know why, theres no email saying why. So he asked me to post on the forums to see if you guys can help?

His toons are:

1) Darkvalkyria on khaz'goroth

So if you guys can tell me why or send him a e-mail that would be fantastic<3

This isn't banned, VixÃ¨n, it's locked as a precaution for his safety.

He should have gotten either an email or a message on his screen when he tried to login.

If you have a way to contact him, ask him to recover his password from our entry page and try again.

Should this continue, he may need to contact Billing for further assistance.

Well, if his email is not accessible, he's going to need to set up another and get in touch with Billing.

Resetting the password isn't going to be an option if he can't receive it.

While I know you are trying to help - HE needs to be the one doing this, there really is very little more you can do for him.
