Took my money, yet no faction change availabl

Ok, so I had $30 taken off of my green dot card, but I decided to cancel the faction change. And I just checked my card balance and the money wasn't put back on? What's that all about? Also, the faction change icon doesn't pop up on my character select screen when I log in. Plus, I clicked cancel on the transaction page and it said it was canceled.

So... I would like to get my $30 back please.

That sounds like a pending charge which usually drops off in a few days when no confirmation charge comes through.

That is standard on just about any internet purchase. The bank puts a 'hold' on the funds or credit when the initial request is sent through. Nothing actually leaves the account till a real charge comes through to match up.

How long that is held is actually up to your financial institution. You may wish to give them a call.

I'm afraid not once it's been canceled, no. You could try contacting Billing on this, but I don't think they will have any other options at this point either.
