Real id problem

trying to add a friend to real id and neither one of us are getting the invites?

both of us have tried we both have it enabled cause we have other friends on the list

any help?

Well, if you've added others today, my first instinct would be perhaps your friend has parental controls enabled and doesn't realize it.

You are both on US realms? Has your friend ever been able to add one before?
