Neutral Auction House bots.

I've been playing WoW for a while and I'm well-aware of Blizzard's "use at your own risk" policy regarding faction-transferring items on the neutral auction house. My friend just lost 50g in enchanting mats to a bot and we don't care about recovering such a pity amount but rather want the scammer punished.

So basically I want to know if I could file a GM ticket to have the bot investigated and hopefully punished. The items posted for 1 copper were literally bought as soon as they were posted. I know you could give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm fairly certain nobody is so pathetic as to manually spam refresh on the AH and buy items as soon as they're posted within 2 seconds.

We will investigate any report that we receive, Mild. So, if you truly think that the player purchasing the materials is using a third party program to automate gameplay, then I would encourage you to report them. If the evidence shows your accusations to be correct, then we will take the appropriate actions. :0)
