I'm sorry if you felt that the Game Master was rude, Shadowfuryan, I reviewed the entire conversation and truthfully I don't see what you are referring to regarding rude behavior.
The only thing I see is the Game Master being extremely patient in trying to explain the situation to you, not to mention he was correct. If you released you did not qualify for the achievement. I understand that you and the others that were on the run felt you deserved the achievement and title but achievements aren't awarded on intent. They are awarded based on fulfilling a requirement. That requirement means that you must be there when the mob dies.

That is a direct violation of our policies, Shadowfuryan, though we try to help when we can do you really believe we will allow you to continually harass the Game Master department by submitting multiple petitions until the results that you want are provided?
He was warning you against such actions.

Let me point out also that the Game Master did not deny your request because he did not have the authority to make an exception, this isn't a retail store where simply getting the manager will get you what you want, you were told no because that is the appropriate answer based on the policies that our In-game Support staff abides by.
It should also be noted that the Game Master you spoke with told you that they already discussed the issue with their superior (i.e. The Man), and that they were unable to grant the achievement. To which you later made a snide comment to them by inferring that he was taking pleasure in not being able to help you.
You don't even seem to acknowledge that the Game Maseter went so far as to help award the loot that dropped, since you were unable to receive it otherwise.
I am sorry that you were unable to receive your achievement this time around. I wish you better luck next time.
