Ticket closed without being resolved.

Hi there,

I had put a ticket in last Wednesday, and it was closed over the last 24 hours without being resolved.

Would one of the CSF blues' be able to look into this please?

TIcket was lodged on this char etc..

I sincerely apologize, Frznn. A member of our staff looked into your report and send you an in-game mail containing more information regarding what has been done and what will be done. Unfortunately, we will be unable to notify you of any actions taken against the reported player's account, and we are infrequently able to provide reimbursement for items which were looted out of turn. Should the Game Master staff need to speak with you further in regards to this issue, they will be sure to contact you via email.
