went to thrallmar to buy the Artisan Riding skill.
the skill itself is green in the buy window, however I can not click on the train button, as it is greyed out.
I bought the tome of coldweather flying on my main, and mailed it to this character when he hit lvl 68, and learned that so I could use the regular flying mount until he hit 70. He has the regular flying skill (lvl 225).
do I need to wait to a higher lvl to be able to train this? or is this a glitch?
