Cata Beta + Full account?

I am not entirely certain how that would work actually. Yes, it is its own account but it is also temporary and will be removed once beta closes. I'll need to make some inquiries, Mive, unless someone is around that has a Beta account along with a full wow account list.

Vrak? I talked to a person in Billing about that. Said that only the WoW universe is alotted 8 accounts, whether it be a combination of full account/trials/PTR/beta. The Starcraft/Diablo universe doesn't have those restrictions.

Grifftina is correct, in order to move the other accounts you'd need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. They should be able to move them to another Battle.net account registered to you. Please give them a call.

So from the evidence thus far it would seem that the Test realm may count as an account but Beta does not.
