[Hacked] - Character Disappeared

Hi, my character is missing on Sargeras realm. Nisreen. Is this due to some server restart error or was I hacked? I do not know how to check if my character is being transfered to another account if I have been hacked.

I know im posting on my characters name but no where in game or in my account management can I find my character at all.

On average, the restoration process can take anywhere from 5 to 7 days total, Nisreen. We'll do our best to assist you sooner if possible, but 5 to 7 days is a fairly safe estimate. The Game Master staff is unable to provide reimbursement for lost game time, but you're welcome to inquire about this with our Billing department by contacting them using one of the following methods:
