hello forums! i have a quick question about an in-game letter that was sent to me about contacting blizzard...

i got a letter that seems legit it said it was from customer service, had the "blizzard" backround within the letter (and as the letter's icon) and it told me a bunch of stuff about tickets and near the end of the letter it said i can email blizzard at wowgm@blizzard.com

i send an email last night regarding my ticket, and havent heard from them since

i am just a little confused and was wondering if someone knows if this is a legit blizz contact, or if its a scam
