Grant Levels (Recruit A Friend)

I have had my account linked to 3 friends accounts. Through the course the grant level ratio was 1 level granted per 2 levels gained.

With the most recent account. He has 1 level 62, and 1 level 31. I should be able to get granted 45 total levels. It only let him grant 31 levels. I need help fixing this.

It looks like the accounts were linked roughly six days after your friend’s account was originally created, Villusion. Any levels that were gain by your friend prior to the accounts being linked would not be eligible for free grantable levels. After looking into the situation a bit I can tell you that your friend’s characters currently have no further levels to grant you, even though your numbers are dead on with only having been granted 20 by the level 62 paladin and 11 levels by the 31 druid.
