Unable to place order for Lil' XT

I was trying to purchase the Lil' XT pet from the Blizzard store today, however when I try to place the order I get the following error:

There has been an error processing your request.
For assistance, contact Blizzard Customer Support at (800) 592-5499.

I am using a valid credit card (I have purchased the two other pets using it before).

Is this the same problem happening again that caused Lil 'XT to be removed a couple weeks ago?

Not certain on this. You are choosing the North American store at the top?

I'd recommend following up with Billing on this.
