No, Freaya, the e-mail is not real. We do not warn you that we found strong evidence and then let you know that if you just follow X link that we won't take action.

If we have found that someone on the account has violated our policies we take immediate action. If the resulting penalty means the suspension or closure of the account, that is what is done. You are notified by e-mail to contact our Account Administration if you believe that this action was done in error.
