is there any way to further report someone past the spam report? i had a member of my guild actually make a real life threat. and believe that is against the law as well as rules? i am not 100% sure. so if someone could help me out that would be great

The Report Spam feature is reserved only for spam and advertisements for all other harassment issues you'll want to open up an in-game petition or write to [email protected]. Such behavior would be considered a violation of our Terms of Use so we will look into your report and take any and all actions that are deemed appropriate.

If you believe there is a viable real world threat you'll want to contact your local authorities. Note that unless you have provided personal information to another player it is unlikely that they will be able to obtain it otherwise.
