Call volume is fairly high and has been for some time but the lines have not been constantly full.
When you call you will either receive the message that our lines are currently full and to please try back, you will get placed on hold for the next available representative or you will speak with a Billing representative.
When someone goes from the hold queue to speaking with someone that frees up a spot in the hold queue. In this way the phone lines are continually shifting. We recommend that if you receive the busy message that you hang up and call back immediately. It sometimes takes a bit of luck but you should eventually be able to get through.
