If this statement was in fact true, then people I know that have been compromised and had double items restored just got lucky? As in double enchanting mats or gear. So your statement is flawed. They can restore everything, they just choose to be lazy.
The people that you know that received extra items obviously received those items in error, Forums. A restoration isn't denied because the we simply don't want to do the work, it usually means that we were unable to verify the loss.
We would rather provide a 100% restoration every single time, Forums, we choose to abide by our policies and restore only property when we can verify what happened.

This is the Customer Service forum. People have every right to post here about the Customer Service they received, good or bad. If you don't like it, move along.
People are welcome to inquire about a result from a previous interaction, but this is not a complaints forum, and posts that focus primarily on complaining about a situation is not appropriate.
I'll be the one to moderate this forum, thank you. If you believe a post violates our Code of Conduct you'll want to use the bio-hazard symbol as the appropriate method of reporting.

It appears the issue is being re-escalated to be further looked into by a different game master as I received an official email on the issue. That is all that I was asking for.
Excellent news, Gravitii, hopefully they will be able to find the rest of the items that were lost. From what I can see though, Gravitii, your compromise investigation was completed on the 21st. You did not submit another petition since then letting us know that you were still missing items, the e-mail that you sent on the 26th was just responded to, that was letting you know that we would take another look.
