In-game Hacker or no?

I received a tell while playing from Blizzadmiin saying "Hello! Blizzard World of Warcraft game found in violation of your game account, please visit our website <removed> enter your information, pending review, or we will permanently disable your game account"

Now, I visited the site listed, then went to the normal "account management" link from worldofwarcraft.com and compared the two, because I was fairly sure it was a hacker. They are not the same address. I thought that when Blizz bans accounts, they do so without warning. Also, I just resubscribed to the account, and I KNOW I have not been doing anything questionable. Finally, Blizzard GMs typically have better grammer and punctuation.

If this is not a hacker, and my account really is under review, please let me know, else, here's a heads up.
