Though it is understandable that you may have an issue that seems rather urgent, Shortdeth, we simply don't have a hot line. If we did then anyone who also felt their issue was urgent would use it in order to get their issue addressed, defeating the purpose.

The majority of petitions are taken in the order they are received. It is best to be as clear as possible in your request, that way we can categorize your request appropriately and address the petition without requiring additional information.
