Did you actually report these activities, Chainz? I'm unable to find a petition submitted from this account regarding this matter.
Please report any player that you believe to be exploiting the game and the matter will be investigated.

Everytime i use the in game ticket, it takes days to get a response, and alot of the time all you get is automated responses saying somthing completly unrelated to the subject your reporting!
I only see a few petitions submitted from this account, the last one took several days though it required a good deal of investigation as it was a report of a possible scam. The response seems fairly clear.
Regardless though, if you receive a response that you feel did not address your issue you are always welcome to provide your feedback by writing to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. Your interaction will be reviewed in an effort to improve assistance.

While there at it they should fix all the bugs like walking threw the sheild in eye of the storm. but thats been around forever and they still havnt fixed it. Chances are hell get banned but i doubt thell fix the glitch anytime soon
We would love to be able to resolve all outstanding bugs, Vitro, that is much easier said then done though. Our Quality Assurance and Development teams work to research these reports and implement resolutions and improvements whenever possible. Some issues are not as easy to resolve though they resolve what issues they can as soon as it is possible to do so.
If you have any information on outstanding bugs we ask that you post what information you can in the appropriate forum.
