SC2 Payment and no SC2?

I recently tried to purchase SC2 digitally with a prepaid card method that has always worked when doing WoW transactions. I understand that this is not an officially supported method of payment and if a problem arose, it would simply not charge me and not allow me to get the game.

However, after trying to pay, the transaction went through but said there was an error. After checking the account balance on my card, it appears Blizzard received the money since $59.99 has been subtracted from the balance, and yet it claims I have no Starcraft 2 license.

It sounds as if we had some difficulty processing your payment, and an error occurred. Depending on when the error occurred, it's possible that your financial institution received notification that you were attempting to make a purchase. As a result, you may notice temporary holding charges on your bank statement; these funds are not claimed by Blizzard Entertainment when an error occurs, and they will be returned to your account in 3 to 5 days depending on your financial institution's policy in regards to funds held.
