Open ticket issue

So I put in an open ticket 8 days ago regarding a looting dispute.

I'm not exactly being impatient here but 8 days? I'm just wondering if something could of went wrong because I put the ticket in the day before my server had that 24 hour maintenance so I was just unsure if maybe it screwed up my ticket?

It's just taking a bit longer on some petitions than others, Sacristy. You should be hearing something relatively soon on this, don't worry if it appears to close.
